Spare parts import regulation for equipment already certified with EAC mark

According to the new regulation from November 12, 2021 No 130 of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council the spare parts can be imported freely if it's intended to repair or serve the equipment already certified. Announcement in .pdf file.

In this case an importer should provide the following documents to clear customs:

  1. the validated copy of EAC certificate or declaration for the equipment already certified;
  2. the completed special form, appendix to the presented regulation, validated by importer or signed by importer with e-signature
