Summary

According to EEC regulation from November 12, 2021 No. 130 it's obligatory required to provide the validated copy of CoC or DoC to clear customs. Copy shall be validated by holder of document and provided by importers to customs officials. Announcement at the .pdf file.

RC company provides the validated copies for importers or manufacturers or their representatives on demand in one day:

• hard copies can be picked up by courier in our office or sent by express-services to the specified address;
• e-copy validated by e-signature can be sent by e-mail.

Service to order the validated copies or PoAs is chargeable from March 1, 2022.

What info required to prepare the validated copies

1. Company name, address & details that pays the copies
2. Company name, address & details or person that picks up the copies
3. The document registration number(s) to prepare copies
4. Copy quantity for each document printed on paper, 5 pcs minimum,
   or e-copy validated by e-signature
5. Address to deliver if delivery by express-service
