A large range of equipment and goods have been moved from GOST R system into CU/EAEU Technical Regulation one. However some kind of equipment or goods is not an object of CU/EAEU Technical reglaments that already enforced and applicable on Custom (Eurasian Economic) Union territory. That's why they were remained as objects of national technical regulation. So in Russian territory there is unified list that specifies the objects under national DoC regulations. But sometimes some equipment can be regulated by GOST and EAC rules at the same time, for example — batteries.

  • the unified DoC list of equipment and goods that falls under national Russian regulation with document registering in accordance with GOST R form; and
  • equipment and goods that falls under CU/EAEU Technical regulation with document registering in accordance with unified CU/EAEU form.

If GOST and CU approval is applicable at the same time in this case it's enough to get one of them to import, clear customs and sale such equipment and goods on Russian territory. It's important to remember that such document is valid on Russian territory only and not used for all other CU/EAEU countries because it's registered under national regulation.
